How does it work?
We'll send you a code once you make your reservation. You'll have to download the Istanbul E-pass app and enter this code to get the card in digital format.
Your Istanbul E-pass will be activated when you use it for the first time, either in a museum or at a monument. From that moment on, you'll be able to enjoy the benefits of the card for the next 2, 3, 5, or 7 days, depending on the duration you've chosen.
Some of the included attractions require a reservation. In these cases, you'll have to make the reservation through the Istanbul E-pass application. Then, the provider will send you a confirmation and a pickup time. At the time of the tour, you'll have to show the QR code of the tourist card. It's super easy!
Children under 5
It's not necessary to book a tourist card for children under 5 years old, as they have free access to museums and monuments in the city.
