La visita al Topkapi imprescindible y super bonito pero el servicio algo deficiente. No considero que merezca la pena. Te citan en un punto de encuentro algo alejado de la entrada y únicamente te acompañan a la entrada como un rebaño. La entrada fue bastante caótica y a pesar de ser sin colas tardamos bastante en conseguir entrar. La audioguía que debes descargar funciona bastante mal, de tres que éramos solo fue posible seguirla desde uno de los móviles.

El Palacio es enorme y precioso. Creo que se deberia dar unos tips para ver lo interesante. Que el guia te lleve hasta el Harem genial, pero la audioguia no nos dijo nada del salón de las reliquias reales y tambien habian salones cerrados, estaria bien actualizar la audio guia. Por otro lado, eramos un monton de gente en el punto de encuentro y se perdió mucho tiempo en el control. Creo que se deberia gestionar diferente, por que asi no te ahorras tiempo.

La visita bien. El problema es que la persona que nos guiaba explicaba las cosas para más de 60 personas y no se la escuchaba bien. Deberían llevar un pequeño altavoz como en otras excursiones, si no imposible hacerse entender. Y por otro lado eso de sin colas…. Mejor no promocionarlo por qué no es cierto. No tiene colas lógicamente para coger los tickets pero para entrar son las mismas que cualquiera. Es engañoso que ponga sin colas.

Lo de "sin colas" es totalmente irreal. No ha habido más esperas que para agrupar a todos los que íbamos a ver el palacio de Topkapi. Se juntan muchas agencias con un mismo "guía" que realmente es el que tiene los códigos del torno. Pasamos casi 80 personas uno a uno, poniendo el guía un código para cada uno, por el mismo torno, y por seguridad esto hay que hacerlo nada menos que 3 veces en el palacio. Insufrible. Y audioguía! Solo para ver paredes de piedra y suelos igual. Presdindible.

Debes acudir a un restaurante como punto de encuentro para que cada media hora salir desde alli a pie con un guía que solo habla ingles y lleva muchas personas por lo cual puede que no escuches ni entiendas nada. Te hacen pasar al Palacio, te dan una breve explicación y puedes ir por libre dentro de él. Si ingresas al Harem, considerar entre 4 a 5 hs para recorrerlo completo, a tu tiempo y poder sacar fotos. La audioguia medio pelo, cero practica.

C'est un endroit qu'il faut visiter malgré le prix d'entrée. J'ai mis plus de trois heures à tout visiter en commençant par le harem avec un audioguide en français. C'est magnifique à voir entre les jardins, les appartements et autres dépendances. Visite à faire le matin car il y a moins de monde. Le palais est fermé le mardi. Los guías no se escuchaban en el preámbulo y después, al no darnos audioguias, no pudimos enterarnos de la visita más allá de leer los carteles. La app de audioguia del palacio no funcionaba bien. El sitio muy chulo pero no merece la pena la experiencia. Recomendaría comprar entrada rápida y pagar audioguia por tu cuenta.

Hubiera preferido disponer directamente de la entrada sin necesidad de acudir a otro lugar donde esperar a formar un grupo. Una persona nos acompañó a la entrada del harén. No nos dio prácticamente ninguna explicación ni nos ayudó a descargar la audioguía. Cuando lo conseguimos nosotras, era imposible seguir las explicaciones de las estancias con la audioguía. No se el precio de la entrada comprándolo allí pero la ayuda no nos sirvió de nada.

El palacio muy bonito, pero la organización un desastre y una decpción. No hay colas para comprar los tickets ni para el control de seguridad, a menos que sea en épocas de mucho crucero... El guía te lleva, no te explica nada y te deja dentro sin ningún ticket, entrada o resguardo para poder visitar el resto de lugares.
