La visita es imperdible. El audioguía es un caos. Recorrer el palacio solo no me pareció la mejor forma, es muy grande no es muy bien señalizado y te perdés y perdés tiempo. En el punto de encuentro había mucho caos y éramos tantos que no se escuchaba a la chica q nos daba indicaciones. El palacio hermoso la experiencia con civitatis no tan buena,.pero es la primera vez q me pasa,.las otras visitas han sido geniales, pensándolo bien el problema fue la enormidad del lugar y la necesidad de un gui

Bien, en tanto se trata de un palacio espectacular. El problema fue que la audioguía no conseguimos hacerla funcionar en el orden en el que empezamos a ver el palacio, ni tampoco teníamos referencia de estar escuchando el audio correspondiente al lugar en el que nos encontrábamos. El guía tampoco nos ofreción ningún tipo de explicación, nos acompañó a la entrada y nada más.

Cuandodo llegamos a las 14.30 aproximadamente nos dimos cuenta que en pleno julio la cola era mínima es decir que se podía comprar ahí mismo. Recomiendo ir temprano y uno mismo comprarla también. Igualmente la atención en el punto de encuentro estuvo bien y el acompañamiento a la entrada también.

Problemi con l'audioguida: avevo scaricato in anticipo quella in italiano fornita dall' app con la connessione disponibile ma dentro il palazzo molte aree sono senza campo e le ho dovute visitare senza audioguida (che anzi ogni volta andava scaricata di nuovo). Siccome l'ordine dei posti da visitare non corrisponde con quello proposto l'audioguida si è mostrata difficile da gestire (si impalla di frequente) e fuori sincrono rispetto all'ordine dei luoghi proposti all' interno.

Muy mala, estuvimos esperando casi una hora hasta que uno de la organización nos dijo que íbamos con un guía de habla inglesa, que salían grupos cada media hora, que esperáramos y así estuvimos sin que nadie nos dijera nada hasta que finalmente nos acoplamos a uno que entraba. No pasaron lista, hablaba en inglés y para acceder a los sitios habían colas interminables cuando nuestra actividad era sin colas. Por último fuimos a nuestro albedrío pero para nosotros la experiencia de cero total.

It was awful. We waited almost an hour until someone from the tour guide told us we were going with an English-speaking guide, that groups left every half hour, and that we should just wait. We did so without anyone saying anything until we finally got a seat with one who was coming in. There was no attendance check, he spoke English, and there were endless lines to get into the sites even though our activity was skip-the-line. In the end, we went at our own pace, but for us, the experience was a total waste.
