Esto de "Entrada a Santa Sofia sin colas" no te excluye de pasar la cola del control de seguridad. Lo ideal es que vayas a Santa Sofía a las 8 y media de la mañana y no hay casi nada de cola. La Audioguía no me gustó nada. Te tienes que bajar un app y los vas escuchando con tu movil. Necesitas internet para ello. Seleccionas el modo "español" pero el audio que escuchas tiene un acento español raro. Las "s" las pronuncia como "z". Yo no me estaba enterando de nada y lo desconecté.

La entrada fue ràpida porque no havia nadie, però también lo hubiera sido sin comprar la entrada previamente.. El extra pagado por la àudioguia totalmente inútil. Precio aquí 32€. Precio oficial 25€. Compré las entradas el mismo día de la visita para evitar la cola de la taquilla (eso no evita tener que esperar la cola se seguridad). El bono que recibes NO ES SUFICIENTE para acceder, tienes que contactar con el proveedor y te tiene que enviar otro código QR adicional, de lo cual no se advierte con suficiente claridad cuando compras las entradas. El control de seguridad nos paró por este motivo, y nos marearon de un sitio a otro para conseguir acceder.

Santa Sofía es maravillosa y merece muchísimo la pena, pero no te avisan que solo se puede visitar por la galería superior, no entras a la parte principal. Por otra parte el tener que ir a un punto solo a recoger los tickets para decirte que los pidas por whatsap, no tiene sentido: pues mejor por whatsap directos a la compra y ya está.

Hagia Sophia is wonderful and well worth a visit, but they don't tell you that you can only visit the upper gallery; you can't even enter the main section. Furthermore, having to go to a specific location just to pick up tickets and then ask you to order them via WhatsApp makes no sense: it's better to use WhatsApp directly to purchase them, and that's it.

Súper recomendado, al momento de llegar al lugar te ahorras mucho tiempo de la fila para comprar el boleto, solo haces la fila de seguridad que es obligatoria (nosotros hicimos 3min). Com o voucher que recebemos do civitatis não é possível entrar direto é necessário um procedimento (o qual nem sei direito, porque o agente na entrada da fila fez no celular dele e gerou um QR code, o qual tirei fotos para poder passar na catraca. Além disso, a entrada grátis das crianças deve ser impressa antes no guichê (ou seja, mais uma fila) e NADA disso é dito e ressaltado no momento da compra no site da Civitatis.

Fue una experiencia bastante mala, tuvimos un grave problema puesto que cuando llegamos a la entrada de Santa Sofía no nos dejaron entrar, puesto que decían que no habíamos comprado las entradas en una web oficial. Después de media hora esperando en la puerta e intentando ver que pasaba llamamos varias veces al número que nos proporcionaron y sin respuesta ninguna nos mandaron 3 códigos QR del cual uno no funcionaba. Allí tuvimos que comprar otra entrada suelta porque nos mandaron un código mal

It was a pretty bad experience. We had a serious problem when we arrived at the entrance to Hagia Sophia. They wouldn't let us in because they said we hadn't bought the tickets on an official website. After waiting at the gate for half an hour and trying to figure out what was going on, we called the number they provided us several times and received no response. They sent us three QR codes, one of which didn't work. There, we had to buy another ticket separately because they sent us the wrong code.
