Muy regular. No merece la pena pagar más por un servicio que no recibimos. No se nos facilitó audioguía, tuvimos que escanear QR a la entrada, el cuál está disponible para todo el mundo. Tuvimos que hacer la misma cola que el resto de los visitantes, con el agravante de que al llegar a la entrada, después de la entrada, nos mandaron a otro sitio para comprobar las entradas recibidas por correo. Hay muchas mezquitas preciosas de entrada gratuita.

Nunca recibimos el código QR antes de la actividad. Tuvimos que llamar desde allí, suerte que teníamos SIM turca y acceso a internet. La visita vale la pena , mucho pero la organización mala porque como dije no recibimos el QR necesario para entrar

Después de pasar el control de seguridad, la entrada enviada por el correo electrónico no funcionaba. Al no tener datos móviles, tuvimos que salir, buscar un bar con wifi, y enviar un wasap a civitatis para solucionar el problema. Al poco nos enviaron los QR correctos para el acceso. Bien la atención y solucionaron el problema. Pero tuvimos que volver a pasar por toda la cola de acceso.

After passing through security, the ticket sent by email did not work. Since we had no mobile data, we had to go out, look for a bar with wifi, and send a WhatsApp to Civitatis to solve the problem. Perdimos mas de 1 hora porque no habiamos recibido los QR para entrar. Primero hicimos la cola del control de seguridad y cuando lo pasamos no pudimos entrar por la falta de los QR. Tuvimos que salir, localizar alguien que nos syudara y volver a hacer la cola. Perdimos muchisimo tiempo por no haber recibido los QR.

We lost more than 1 hour because we had not received the QR codes to enter. First we queued for security and when we passed through we could not enter because we did not have the QR codes. NUNCA MAS CIVITATIS, ES LO PEOR - compre las entradas una semana antes y las pague por completo. Al acceder a Santa Sofia, después de hacer cola (xq con las entradas de civitatis tb haces cola) no funcionaba el código de barras. Las tenía en el móvil y también impresas. No funcionaba nada. NO ME DEJARON PASAR. Tuve que llamar a CIVITATIS y explicarles el tema (costes extras de llamadas + perdida de tiempo) Al final, después de casi una hora de gestiones extra, me enviaron otro código

NEVER AGAIN CIVITATIS, IT'S THE WORST - I bought the tickets a week in advance and paid for them in full. When I entered Santa Sofia, after queuing (because with the civitatis tickets you also queue) the barcode didn't work. I had them on my mobile and also printed out. Nothing worked. THEY DIDN'T LET ME PASS. I had to call CIVITATIS and explain the issue to them (extra costs for calls + loss of time). In the end, after almost an hour of extra paperwork, they sent me another code.

Abbiamo prenotato varie escursioni con civitatis ad Istanbul ma abbiamo avuto problemi dappertutto con i biglietti che per loro non erano validi e ogni volta dovevamo contattare l'assistenza e stare 20 Min a telefono per arrivare alla soluzione. Armatevi di cuffiette altrimenti nemmeno l'audio guida potete usufruire. Ho usato civitatis anche in altri posti ed è andata benissimo ma a Istanbul è stato un disastro
