The tour guide Shane left us and we had to find our way to our hotel. He was unprofessional and could not answer our questions we asked. Did not enjoy the tour at all

Our guides refrain from answering questions about politics or any other issue susceptible to controversy. On the other hand, we have confirmed that the vehicle could not access the street of your hotel. Still, it stopped as close as possible.

Il tour effettuato non corrisponde alla descrizione proposta. Alcuni punti di interesse elencati non sono stati visitati e ne è stato inserito uno non programmato, avente un solo fine commerciale. Disorganizzazione, lunghe ed inutili attese e poca coordinazione e professionalità. Non ci sono state date esaustive informazioni durante le spiegazioni e il ristorante scelto per il pranzo incluso nel programma era indecente. Il prezzo non vale il tour.

Il fornitore locale ci ha confermato che il tour si è svolto come previsto e che sono stati visitati tutti i punti descritti. Ci dispiace che ci sia stata confusione a questo proposito e che l'esperienza non sia stata di vostro gradimento.
