El itinerario y el guia muy bien pero la visita a Santa Sofía y a la mezquita Azul han sido muy cortas, sin apenas tiempo libre para hacer fotos por ejemplo.

La actividad es buena, pero la guía hablaba el español muy mocho y se le entendía la mitad de lo que decía. Me perdí al ir al punto de encuentro y llegamos 10 minutos tarde (reconozco el inconveniente y le pedimos disculpas a la guía y al grupo) pero la mujer poco faltó para que me pegara...muy poco empática, entiendo que hay un programa y horarios, pero su actitud fue exagerada. MALA EXPERIENCIA Y MUY MALO SU ESPAÑOL., El crucero en un barco viejísimo y mal cuidado. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

The activity was good, but the guide spoke very little Spanish, and I could only understand half of what she said. I got lost on my way to the meeting point and we arrived 10 minutes late (I acknowledge the inconvenience and apologize to the guide and the group), but the woman almost hit me...very unsympathetic. Las actividades realizadas no aportaron mucho a algo que puedas hacer por tu cuenta y mucho más barato. A las 15 horas habíamos terminado, incluyendo la comida. Creo que por ese precio, la guía podría hacer contado más historia de esta maravillosa ciudad y ya que teníamos un bus, haber dado una vuelta (con una hora sería suficiente) por los sitios más emblemáticos.

The activities offered didn't add much to what you could do on your own, and for much less. We were done by 3 p.m., including lunch. I think for that price, the guide could have told more about this wonderful city, and since we had a bus, we could have taken a tour (an hour would have been enough) of the most iconic sites.

Por partes: La 1ª con visita al bazar de las especias y el paseo por el Bósforo bien. La 2ª: La entrada a la visita de Sta. Sofía se realizó a toda prisa, seguidos y presionados por el personal de la mezquita ante la realización del rezo de los viernes, debido a que algunas de las asistentes iban vestidas de forma inadecuada y tuvieron que salir a por ropa. La falta de previsión (DEBIERAN AVISARLO EN SU WEB) la pagamos los demás. La 3ª: Mezquita Azul y Sulthanamet: visitas rápidas.

In parts: The first one, with a visit to the Spice Bazaar and a walk along the Bosphorus, was fine. The second one: We entered Hagia Sophia in a hurry, followed and pressured by the mosque staff before the Friday prayers were due, because some of the attendees were inappropriately dressed and had to go out to get clothes. The lack of foresight (THEY SHOULD HAVE ADVERTISED THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE) was the responsibility of the rest of us. The third one: Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet: quick visits.

Muy buena y bonita excursión muy buenas explicaciones de todos los monumentos que visitamos.Todo muy bien por parte de la guía Mónica excepto que en la,comida que fuimos al restaurante Masal en Estambul nos cobraron a mi marido y a mi por dos Coca Colas y dos Cafés 16 Euros es indignante y a las demás personas de esta excursión que consultamos igualmente.Creo que Civitatis tendría que cambiar de restaurante porque es un precio exagerado..(Nos entraba la comida en la excursión)

Very good and nice excursion, very good explanations of all the monuments we visited. Nos enviaron un correo modificando la hora, por l que teníamos que estar en el sitio indicado a las 8:45. No había nadie esperando, encontrándonos con otras personas igual de desubicadas que nosotros. cuando me puse en contacto por teléfono me indicaron que llegaba tarde porque había ido a recoger a otras personas.......... La megafonía del barco no se oía, por lo que nos perdimos la explicación, si te acercabas a los altavoces no se veía nada. Por lo demás todo correcto.
