Recibí mi equipaje 2 días tarde y tuve que adquirir ropa y objetos personales, estando en las cláusulas como una cobertura. Es más, cuando me ocurrió, les envié correo para confirmarlo. Pues bien, tienen toda la documentación desde hace tiempo, pero no contestan.
