Compramos solamente las entradas para con la idea de coger la audio guía gratuita que ofrecen en la entrada, y hacer la actividad por nuestra cuenta, las compramos algo más caras que en taquilla pero nos compensaba el hecho de cogerlas en el punto de encuentro y pasar directamente. A las 9:30, hora de encuentro no había nadie de Civitatis, hasta casi las 10 no se presentó la guía, ella no nos podía dar las entradas físicas para pasar porque las llevaba en el móvil, muy mala organización.

Pues fui al punto de partida, dónde ponía en la reserva y me dijeron que se había anulado la guía en Español para el Palacio pero que con el papel podía pedir un audio guía en Español gratis y entrar. El “guia” no estaba en el punto de encuentro,. Gracias al camarero de la cafeteria del punto de encuentro contactamos con el guia, despues de 35 minutos de espera. El “guia” simplemente te acompaña a la entrada, no era guia de habla hispana, al final nos entendimos medio en inglés y en francés. No nos sirvió de nada comprar las entradas a traves de Civitatis, simplemente las pagamos más caras y perdimos media hora esperando al supuesto guia.

Ayer recibí un correo para confirmar la hora con el guia. Después de confirmar a las 9:30 en el café Topkapi vino un señor que nos dijo que había tráfico y que esperásemos 10'. Al Cabo de 45' se presentó un guia inglés que hablava poco el español y nos entró en el Palacio y sin darnos cuenta ni decirnos nada ya no lo vimos mas. Desearía que fueran tan amables de devolvernos el diners que nos han cobrado por este servicio que no ha sido el que hemos contratado.

Fue agridulce, estábamos con otro grupo de españoles y ambos nos pensábamos que íbamos a tener guía que entendiese el castellano. El hecho fue que la persona que nos guiaba solo hablaba turco y ruso y guiaba a una pareja rusa. Por el precio del tour puede ser que simplemente fuese entrada sin colas pero ambos grupos pensamos que no era así, tal vez debería indicarse más claramente. El guía nos condujo al harén sin embargo nos metía prisa continuamente y lo tuvimos que ver a toda velocidad...
