Muy bien. Pude hacer los dos recorridos, por las tres partes de Estambul. Como el tráfico era intenso y no disponía de mucho tiempo sobrante, solo bajé en una parada... pero todo muy bien. No cumplió horario, viajó gente parada y no se puede ver nada. El audio es malísimo y cuentan muy poco. El horario también es reducido, pasan cada tanto y el último es cerca de las 17hs. Estoy Muy descontenta. Y salió carisimo! Sí me gustó que se comunicaron conmigo por Whatsapp para confirmar las reservas y pasarme las ubicaciones de las paradas.

They didn't stick to schedule; people were standing around, so you couldn't see anything. The audio is terrible, and they don't provide much information. The schedule is also limited; they come infrequently, and the last one is around 5 p.m. I'm very disappointed. And it was very expensive! I did like that they contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm reservations and give me the stop locations.

muy mala nos dejaron en un punto tirados y que no ivan denuedo al punto de partida como en todos los recorridos.teniamo y sin información de como llegar que teníamos que pagar de nuevo fatal todo .Las esperas en cada parada eran con retrasos de más de 30 minutos muy descontenta ya que siempre cuento con este servicio

Very bad, they left us stranded at a point and they didn't go straight to the starting point like on all the tours. We had no information on how to get there and we had to pay again, everything was terrible. Estábamos en la penúltima parada de la ruta y el bus no nos llevó a nuestra última parada en Sultanhmet , no argumentaron nada , seguro tenían pereza o otras cosas que hacer , eran apenas las 4 pm , por favor es importante hacer seguimiento no pueden hacer con el nombre de la empresa lo que quieren y menos con nosotros los clientes . Contrate el tour para 1 Enero varios dias antes, pero en ningún momento me avisaron que se suspenderia, estuve esperando en 2 diferentes paradas y ningún aviso. No pude tomar el tour el día, lo tome al siguiente día, pero la parada final no se completo y nos bajaron del bus, lo cual fue incomodo

En la parada no explican cuales son las actividades que pueden realizarse en el sitio. Nos bajamos solo en 1 lugar y para tomar nuevamente el bus tuvimos que esperar 1 hora y 15 minutos, entiendo que habia trafico, pero solo hasta que me comuniqué por WhatsApp con la empresa me hicieron llegar el horario de llegada de los autobuses. Es perfecta para ubicarte en Estambul y poder organizar el viaje en función de la distancia. Con esta actividad ves prácticamente casi todo lo que hay que ver en la ciudad. Hicimos la línea roja, la azul y luego el crucero y acabamos encantados. Cada actividad tiene una duración mínima de 1 hora y media. Servicio perfecto, asequible y fácil de utilizar. Muy recomendable, sobretodo para personas con poca morbilidad o con niños.

El bus no admitió nuestros tickets y nos vimos obligados a comprar nuevos tickets directamente en el bus. Espero me devuelvan el importe de los cuatros tickets inservibles.
