Retraso en la recogida en el hotel, y tiempos de espera muy largos. Nos levantamos a las 4:00h y regresamos al hotel 00:15h, para una excursión de 3-4h. El guía bien pero no muy motivado. La excursión en si merece la pena, pero creo que la haría de otra manera.

La excursión estuvo bien, aunque creo que son muchas horas , además a las 5 nos dejo el guía y hasta las 7:30 no nos llevaron hasta el aeropuerto en un sitio donde no había nada . Además podrían incluir montar en globo que creo que le falta a la actividad, a pesar de que el guía bastante bien, pero si tuviéramos que repetir no lo haríamos , es literalmente una paliza , además el regreso con retraso de 2 horas de avión , llegamos a las 2 de la madrugada al hotel desde antes de las 4 de la madru.

The excursion was good, although I think it takes many hours, also at 5 the guide left us and until 7:30 they did not take us to the airport in a place where there was nothing. Muy mala organización. A pesar de contratar con CIVITATIS con meses de antelación, cuando faltaban 2 semanas, nos comunican a través de whatsapp desde una agencia, que confirmemos si vamos a ir. Dos días antes nos informan que debido a la "alta ocupación de vuelos" en la vuelta a Estambul desde Capadocia no podemos ir en el mismo avión. En Capadocia nadie sabe los horarios de nuestros vuelos. Sensación de estar vendidos. Organización pésima. Guía local excelente. Lo mejor.

Very bad organization. Despite contracting with CIVITATIS months in advance, when there were 2 weeks left, they communicated to us through whatsapp from an agency, that we confirm if we are going to go. Two days before we were informed that due to the "high occupancy of flights" on the way back to Istanbul from Cappadocia we cannot go on the same plane. In Cappadocia nobody knows the schedules of our flights. Feeling of being sold. Lousy organization. Excellent local guide. The best.

La guía Ayss muy amable y cariñosa. Aunque tenía prisa por terminar la excursión. El problema es el diseño de la actividad. Te pegas un madrugon a las 3 de la mañans pero a pesar de ello no llegas a subir a los globos. La visita se acaba sobre las 3,30 de la tarde y no tienes nada que hacer salvo que vengan hasta las 7,30 a recogerte para el aeropuerto. No merece la pena el tour de un día.

Recomiendo 100% esta experiencia. El guía Ismael fue súper atento y explicaba todo el rato y de forma muy amena. Además resolvía siempre nuestras dudas y se adapta al grupo en todo momento.
