Muy linda toda la excursión. Muy simpático el guía Regit. Muy buenos los Hoteles y la cena. Me hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo es la ciudad troglodita de Ushar. Poco tiempo para un lugar tan hermoso. Toda la excursión hermosa. Solo un detalle. Muy malo el trato de Yakup que nos recibió en el centro cultural Ataturk. No encontraba nuestros nombres, luego pretendía ponernos en un grupo de Inglés. Se dirigió a nosotros de una manera muy brusca y poco cordial. Muy mal recibimiento. La hora de salida era a las 8, pero nos dejaron haciendo tiempo para que otro grupo de personas se una al tour pasadas las 12 horas. Eso nos impidió que llegáramos a Ankara con tiempo para conocer algo de la ciudad. El tour está promocionado como "excursión de 4 días a la Capadocia", pero no fueron 4 días de excursión. El tour termina a las 5 am del 4to día. Deberían aclarar que el tour es de 3 días. En cuanto a la hotelería, el hotel de Ankara es de servicio regular; bueno el hotel de Capadoci

The departure time was at 8:00 a.m., but they let us wait for another group to join the tour after 12:00 p.m. This prevented us from arriving in Ankara with time to see anything of the city. The tour is advertised as a "4-day Cappadocia tour," but it wasn't a 4-day tour. The tour ends at 5:00 a.m. on the 4th day. They should clarify that the tour is for 3 days. As for accommodations, the hotel in Ankara is regular; the hotel in Cappadocia is good.

El Tour muy bien guiado y sin inconvenientes en los hoteles, el paseo en globo magnifico, lo unico que no vimos el amanecer..... (una acotacion solamente) el vuelo perfecto .... el transfer que nos llevo al aeropuerto de Capadoccia (teniamos vuelo propio no de Uds.) algo le paso que se olvido de recoger a 2 pasajeros y se quedo parado en la ruta "simulando un desperfecto en la van"..... hasta que llego otra van con esos pasajeros ... (mal simulado , para actor ese señor no va )

Un tour muy ameno. Visitamos los puntos más importantes de Ankara y Capadocia. Las iglesias y cuevas excavadas en esa zona son espectaculares. El autobús del viaje cómodo, los alojamientos agradables y ajustados a lo que ofrecian. Mención especial a nuestro guía: Selyuk. Un fuera de serie, explicaciones claras y concisas, muy buen humor y una gestión de los tiempos y las actividades estupenda. Además nos consiguió transporte de Goreme a Kayseri para el aeropuerto.

Solo hubo dos dias de actividades ya que el primero y el último era la ida y el regreso. Así que en realidad serían 2 días en la Capadocia, sin embargo las actividades estuvieron bien, me hubiese gustado que nos dieran la oportunidad de hacer más actividades como ver el amanecer con los globos ya que solo ofrecían montarse. El guía de enfado porque hicimos actividades ya por la noche con otras agencias.

Muy bien, los hoteles fabulosos, las cenas en los hoteles también bien,sobre todo en el Latanya (Ankara); el autocar muy bien y las visitas bien. Lo único las comidas, Es curioso que en Turkia te ofrecen en todas partes té gratis . Si vas a comer con la guia te cobran el té. Como las comidas no entran en la excursión te suelen llevar a un sitio predeterminado dónde es más caro y peor que en sitios donde comes a la carta. Se notan que hay acuerdos que no convienen al cliente en absoluto.

La excursion bien. el primer hotel inmejorable, pero el segundo dejaba mucho que desear. En cuanto a los sitios muy bien pero el guia nos dejaba poco tiempo y siemore contando minutos, no decia a horas cerradas sino 3. 10, 5.20. no a y media o a.la.en punto. Teniamos que comer a la carrera. Y tambien el cuanto al guia no daba informacion precisa. daba muchas vueltas para decir algo hasta.llegar a aburrirnos y que no supiesemos que queria decir. Molto bello il tour della Cappadocia, guida esperta e alberghi puliti da 5 stelle. Il wifi in pullman NON e mai stato presente come invece c'era scritto in fase di prenotazione e l'agenzia turca non sapeva neanche che nella proposta era incluso, non c'è stata una buona comunicazione per questo servizio. Un'altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che ci hanno contattato per avere le informazioni definitive solo il giorno prima ,anche i biglietti aerei del ritorno. Er il resto super consigliato!! The Cappadocia tour was very nice, expert guide and clean 5-star hotels. The wifi on the bus was NEVER present as it was written during the booking phase and the Turkish agency did not even know that it was included in the proposal, there was no good communication for this service. El circuito y los hoteles muy bien. Bien organizado y buena calidad. La guía no hablaba bien español y no era coherente, bastante negativo este aspecto, que parece “cuestión de suerte” cuando no debería ser así. Explicaciones pobres y difíciles de seguir. Es mucho tiempo en bus, pero eso se sabe desde el principio, simplemente es un aspecto que hay que tener en cuenta.

Civitatis no prestó el servicio, la comunicación y servicio con su compañía pésimo. De cuatro días contratados solo hubo dos, x que el primer día fue de camino y el último fue solo el traslado al aeropuerto, gracias a la empresa que dio el servicio.

Tendrían que mejorar el hotel de Capadoccia. El bufet está siempre lleno de gente amontonada x la poca distribución y variedad de comida. Mucho tiempo asignado a venta de productos ( alfombra, joyas) y podríamos aprovechar para conocer algo cultural. La guía correcta.

Una gran excursión. Todo fue genial. Es una muy buena opción para conocer la capadocia desde Estambul. El guía, Murat, fue fantástico. El autobús y su conductor, Ahmed, también fueron muy cómodos y con gran conducción. Una vez empezado el tour nos dieron la opción de hacer salida en globo, al mismo precio que ofrece civitatis, o de actividad nocturna con espectáculo. Repetiría. Lo recomiendo.

L’organizzazione è stata perfetta, la guida e il driver molto gentili e competenti. I servizi prenotati impeccabili e perfettamente in linea con il budget. L’unica pecca è che non avevo ricevuto un programma dettagliato dell’escursione, quindi è stata un po’ una sorpresa. Ma una bella sorpresa, quindi va anche bene :) Le ore in pullman sono tante, per il futuro valuterei l’opzione di offrire un volo interno per chi da Istanbul vuole arrivare direttamente in Cappadocia.

The hotels and the bus (with wifi) are quite good. However, our guide wasn't what we expected. Her Spanish was not good enought to make herself understood and she barely explained the history of the places we visited. Also, we felt that they we're trying to sell us many things at the stops we made. Finally, the globe excursion was more expensive that what we were told and had to pay 10 extra euros to pay by card.

La excursión muy completa, pero lo mejor fueron el guía, Tahir y el chófer. Espectaculares ambos. Tanto en sentido profesional como humano. Mí esposa tenia dificultades para subir y bajar del bus y ellos se encargaron de ayudarla. Increíble lo que se preocuparon ambos. No recuerdo el nombre del chófer. Pero vaya todo mí agradecimiento a ambos. Sin ellos, no habríamos podido hacer la excursión.
