The host was a fun guy. The ride itself was very scenic. The show was Ok. I don't think the performers are that professional. The belly dancer did dance for quite long time. Food was not bad, but wine was poor. Service was ok. Although in the description it says a 3-course dinner, dessert was extra, and not cheap! Then there comes the usual sales trick on taking photos of you and trying to sell you that. Also they insisted on tips to be left from each party.

No es normal que pagues el extra de alcohol y te digan que si quieres chanpan se tiene que pagar. No es normal que no te dejen acercar para filmar o hacer fotos del espectaculo, que te digan que lo hagas desde tu mesa. Pregunto. Nos defraudó, tanto la comida que fue bastante floja, incluido las bebidas alcohólicas, como el espectáculo. El crucero apenas hace recorrido pues al estar ocupados cenando y viendo el Show apenas se mueve. Sin contar que no nos avisaron casi con tiempo, solo tres horas, y el cambio de lugar de partida que era a 6 km de distancia. Pocas cosas de Civitatis los defraudan pero esta fue claramente una. No repetiría ni lo recomiendo

La experiencia ha sido bastante mala, se ha cambiado la ubicación y se nos avisa unas horas antes del evento,lo que supone tener que andar más de seis kilómetros al estar mucho más lejos y sin posibilidad de tranvia,al terminar hemos tenido que coger una transfer pagando un extra con el que no contábamos .En resumen no me parece serio lo que ha ocurrido y me ha supuesto un gasto inesperado. El barco supuestamente salía del muelle de Kabataz, un lugar muy bien comunicado con tranvía. Estábamos allí una hora y cuarto antes de la salida cuando se nos envió un WhatsApp indicándonos otro muelle muy lejano que nos costó un dineral en taxisy una hora para encontrar uno de vuelta a las 12 de la noche.
