No guide was présent on site, I’ve waited 15 mins and left.

We have confirmed that the local supplier has had an availability problem with the guides. By mistake, the free tour was allowed to be booked when it is not being offered at the moment. The relevant officials have been informed and the service is currently unavailable. We are sorry you were unable to enjoy the experience.

Engin our tour guide was gracious, patient and understanding enough to translate in English, despite only 3 of us in the group who spoke the language (all the rest were Spanish speakers). He was not only multilingual but also very knowledgeable. He also kept the group entertained with funny tidbits. Towards the end, the tip I gave was for a job well done.
